She began her musical career in 1998 collaborating with other artists to make unofficial (dôjin) music for anime and video games. She became well known for her innocent yet lusty voice. She has been a member of the dôjin music circles Usagi Kinoko (ウサギキノコ), mysoundlife (with iyuna), and idea (with Eiichirô Yanagi 柳英一郎). She debuted as a solo artist with her album +誓い+ in 2003. She has performed theme songs for many video games (around 10 per year since 2004) and occasionally for animated series (most notably CLANNAD's ending theme だんご大家族), and has also released covers of others' popular game songs such as those by I've Sound.
