Chronologically, this album comes directly after "There She Blows" and was recorded in January of 2007, and saw release shortly thereafter. Although considered a decent work in terms of fidelity and sound, the album is actually held to be a failure by the members themselves as the writing and production were rushed.
The first group of songs is a suite of connected pieces, musically or thematically depending on your perspective. After "xPorktitx" comes the updated versions of three songs originally recorded on four-track on the previously mentioned debut album, "There She Blows". If any tracks are worth remembering from this album, these three are the ones.
Players:
Jakob Battick- rhythm guitar, lead vocals
Tim Cunningham- lead guitar, backup vocals
Ryan Higgins- bass guitar, backup vocals
Patric Cunningham- Drums
Recorded/Mixed by Tony Bitetti, who did a wonderful job in the face of completely inexperienced players who had no idea what they wanted.
