Run For Your Life
Bucks Fizz Lyrics

Run, run for your life
Ah, run for your life
Keep on running
Run run run
Gotta run, gotta run, gotta run
Don't, don't turn around
Don't make a sound
Cause somebody's watching you tonight
Don't close your eyes
As darkness arrives
Cause, somebody's watching you
Look to the right (it could be nothing at all)
There in the light (it doesn't matter at all)
Coming into sight
Don't be afraid of the night
You'd better run (run)
Run for your life
The loneliness around you cuts like a knife
Do you run (run)
Run for your life
The shadow won't be far behind in the heat of the night
Run for your life
You's better run (run)
Run for your life
Run for your life
Run Run Run
Keep on running
And now as heroes pretend
With nerves at an end
Still saying never die alone
See how they fall
They're not that hard at all
Fear is behing their eyes
Wait for the break (it could be nothing at all)
It's all a mistake (it doesn't matter at all)
Only for you sake
Don't be afraid of the night
You'd better run (run)
Run for your life
The loneliness around you cuts like a knife
Do you run (run)
Run for your life
The shadow won't be far behind in the heat of the night
Run for your life
You's better run (run)
Run for your life
Run for your life
Keep on running, keep on running, ah ha
Run run run
And in a while another day
Will give your fear away and
You try to smile to make a day
But in the night you stay
Run for your life
The loneliness around you cuts like a knife
Do you run (run)
Run for your life
The shadow won't be far behind in the heat of the night
Run for your life
You's better run (run)
Run for your life
Run for your life

paula shepherd

I love most of the earlier stuff before Bobby g started singing most of them.

RJ McAllister

Cheryl Baker or Jay Aston, it doesn't matter. Both lovely, then and now. Good song, again I don't know why RCA didn't promote them over here in the US.

Bryan

Perhaps they were too 'kitschy' for American tastes, which back then seemed to consist more of singer-songwriters and macho rockstars.

BP63

you probably fancy the men

Andy JS

They were probably a bit too English for the American market.

Eurofizzer

After all these years still brilliant!
