His musical trajectory dates from 1985 when he entered the University of the Department of Fine Arts in the State of Jalisco directed at that time by Professor Rigoberto Silva Martínez. For those years, he participated in different festivals of the song organized by the University of Guadalajara obtaining a recognition for better interpreter in the year 1986 and third place in the final of 1988. He entered the school of music of the university on that same year and formed beside Gilberto González, Joshua Pérez, Carlos Garza Carrillo and Luis Sandoval, the group Xel-Ha in the city of Guadalajara, taking as banner the song of "the new Cuban throve" and already showing his first works. However, the work doesn't fructify and they desist of the middle of 1989 where they ended up stepping at the Beheaded Theater in the First Festival of Composers Tapatíos and where separation is already imminent. It is not but up to 1997 in that, after making small sporadic presentations and isolated in the different forums of the city, he begins to show in a more constant way his work in recitals of more importance (like in the second "roller's encounter 1998") until the consummation of his first material discography in 1999 thanks to Alfredo Saras who performed like an executive producer. At this time he unwraps inside of versatile music forming part of a local group (Guadalajara) and in his leisure while he continues his work and personal presentations or collaboration with musicians and interpreters like Vilma Soto, Fernando Escobar and Natalia Ramos among others.
