All by Myself
Fats Domino Lyrics
Hey, Little girl, don't you want to stay?
I want to be your lover man
All by myself
All by myself
I don't need no one to love you, I'm gonna love you all by myself
You'll find, little girl, you know it too
Don't you know I'm in love with you
All by myself
All by myself
I don't want no one to love you, I want to love you all by myself
Meet me in the parlor 'bout half past one
We'll go on down and have some fun
All by ourselves
All by ourselves
We don't need nobody with us, we gonna do it all by ourselves
Meet me in the parlor 'bout half past one
We'll go on down and have some fun
All by ourselves
All by ourselves
We don't need nobody with us, we gonna do it all by ourselves
Hey, Little girl, don't you want to stay?
I want to be your lover man
All by myself
All by myself
We don't need no one to love you, we gon' love you all by myself

Little girl don't you understand
I wanna be your lover man
All by myself
All by myself
I don't want no one to love you
I want to love you all by myself
You're fine little girl you know it too
Don't you know I'm in love with you
All by myself
All by myself
I don't want no one to love ya
I want to love you all by myself
Meet me in the pub about half past one
We're goin' out and have some fun
All by ourself
All by ourself
We don't need nobody with us
We gonna do it all by ourself
Meet me in the pub about a half past one
We're goin' out and have some fun
All by ourself
All by ourself
We don't need nobody with us
We gonna have it all by ourself
Little girl don't you understand
I wanna be your lover man
All by myself
All by myself
We don't need no one to love ya
We'll love you all by myself

That was my all-time favorite Fats Domino recording. I would play it 10 times in a row and still not get tired of hearing it. Loved that bass line, and Fats' piano rhythm was spectacular.

I fully agree with you. I went to the recordshop every week in the 50th to see if a new record of Fats was released.
