Not the most unique or idiosyncratic sounding but they have just released a respectable single called, "Go With It." Standard surf/indie rock type of sound with a hard/alt rock influence (power chords, 4/4 time signature, all that sort of fun stuff). Obvious standout is the vocalist, who sings with strong conviction, affirming the tone and mood created by the music. The production is commendable (not that this sort of music is difficult to produce and mix, but nonetheless, kudos). Not a WOW standout performance, but good enough to demonstrate a band that knows what they're doing, and, assuming they continue to develop their sound (too early to tell what that direction will be) will hopefully find success in the Australian independent market and maybe beyond. Good stuff.
