Their music could be described as ambient indie rock or post-rock; it is slow-paced, melodic, and frequently building to an orchestral-like climax. Their sound has been compared to bands such as The Appleseed Cast and Sigur Rós.
Their debut full-length Choose a Bright Morning was released on Drowned in Sound in early 2006. The Nangijala EP was released in 2008, to be followed by their second full-length Spring Tides on 13 April 2009 (Monotreme Records).
Formed in 2000, the band released a self-titled EP in 2002, a split release with The Next Autumn Soundtrack the year after, and the four-track Iris EP in 2004. The band currently consists of Kristofer Jönson (vocals, guitar), Martin Sandström (guitar), Olle Bilius (bass, keyboards), and Fredrik Aspelin (drums).
