I believe you.

There are only two sorts of music - good and bad.

And which is which is entirely down to you.

My mother swears that I climbed up on the arm of the sofa and carefully put the needle onto "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen when I was only 2 years old.

I told her - I was born in 1972, 2 years later would have been 1974 - one year before 1975 when Bohemian Rhapsody was released.

It IS true that I climbed up onto the arm of that sofa and put Bohemian rhapsody on, knowing full well how a record player worked, and loving the song - but I was 3 or 4 years old, because I wasn't at school yet; that much I do know!

Queen was great music - as was Emerson, Lake and Palmer's "Fanfare for the Common Man" - and also Rick Wakeman's "The Legends of King Arthur"

But - when I became a teenager, I found a whole different sort of music - and it was AWESOME!

I'm just beginning to discover jazz at the age of 56, and I love this stuff.
I also like Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck and Gerry Mulligan.
How did I miss all this stuff when I was younger?
Better late than never.

Desde que escuché este tema quedé enamorado de su densa alegría. Coltrane un virtuoso a carta cabal, un explorador del alma sensitiva.!!!
