Lifelover Lyrics

Androider När alla säger samma sak, vad finns det då för mening med…
Destination: Ingenstans I en pendeltågskupé Tom, så när som på mig Tyst, så när…
Lethargy Hours and hours of silence Silent wonders Watching the ash…
Luguber Framtid Sliten, konsumerad och slocknad Ett hjärta svart två väsand…
Major Fuck Off Major... Fuck... Off!!!…
Myspys Jag hatar dig För att du förpassat denna orkan Denna vålds…
Visdomsord "Idag i blom, imorgon maskar" "Idag en man, imorgon ingen" …

on Horans Hora

The song is reused from one that was previously released by B’s side project with Stigmata (Dekadens’ drummer) Woundism. The song, named Disease had english lyrics with a different subject matter.

Circa in early 2011 it was discussed on Last.fm shoutbox that this was, in essence, a “disstrack” aimed at Apati who were accused of emulating Lifelover’s style with their second album “Morgondagen…”. This remains unconfirmed 100% but considering the timing and location of the bands, animosity is possible.

The lyrics to Lifelover's song Horans Hora express a sense of anger and frustration towards someone who appears spineless and lacking in creativity. The first line, "Du lever utan ryggrad" translates to "You live without a backbone," and sets the tone for the rest of the song. The following lines note that this person reads without truly absorbing or understanding, and steals music instead of creating their own. The insult "scenhora utan egna ord" translates to "stage whore without your own words," further emphasizing the idea that this person is only able to perform creatively with the aid of others.

The next verse takes a darker turn as the speaker declares that this person infuriates them to the point of causing nosebleeds, and wherever they go, lifeless bodies fall. The line "Döden dansar bakom mig när jag går omkring" meaning "Death dances behind me as I walk around" adds a sense of foreboding and danger to the song. However, the speaker admits to pretending not to notice, and tries to break the habit of caring about this person's lack of individuality. Unfortunately, in the end, they hear something on the subway that causes the earth to shake and awakens a desire for revenge.

Overall, the lyrics to Horans Hora are a commentary on the state of creativity, individuality, and authenticity in society. The frustration and anger expressed highlight the hollowness of those who only imitate and fail to create anything truly original. The ultimate desire for revenge suggests a longing for justice and a need to see those who lack creativity face consequences for their actions.
