It is known as the first album he created where he was officially making music as a profession, and not a hobby. It recieved favourable reviews during the album's release, but has started becoming a cult classic between electronic musicians and was largely inspirational to early 2010 electronic musicians. The album features vocals from Anneka and Machinedrum.
The song "Dream Girl / Sky Surfer" was sampled in Hi-C's track from his 2019 mixtape, "the lng way".
