Singer-songwriter Russell Baylin found veteran drummer Bill Skafish and honey-voiced harmony singer Sarah Snow who then brought in the multi-instrumentalist Johnny Szymanski to play keys and guitar. Later, the band added Jake Bartolone on bass and Ante S. Gelo on guitar.
