After many months of teasing the project on his Instagram and Twitter with check mark and clock emojis, NAV officially announced to his fans that his second project would be dropping on July 21st. The announcement came just two weeks after the launch of Metro Boomin’s “Boominati Worldwide” label in partnership with Republic Records, who NAV is signed to, and Universal Music Group.
In addition to announcing a release date for their project, NAV & Metro also announced the release of two singles, “Call Me” and “Perfect Timing (Intro),” that were released on July 13, 2017 to build anticipation for the upcoming release. Both singles are co-produced by NAV and Metro, while NAV handles all the vocals.
On Wednesday, July 19th, 2017, the tracklist was finally revealed.
