However, shortly there after, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona, along with her family, where she would live and discover her love of singing. At the tender age of three, her ardor for music was hard to miss. At an age where most children tend to be shy, Nisha was seizing every opportunity available to display her vocal ability and her passion for singing. Whether it was the middle of a mall, or the living room in her own home, Nisha was guaranteed to be putting on a show to a very welcoming audience; who in turn could not take their eyes off the small girl with no inhibitions.
As time went by and Nisha grew older, Nishas vocal range and list of accomplishments broadened. At the age of 11, Nisha was awarded with the Martin Luther King Scholarship. She also won the annual school talent shows for five consecutive years.

Recently Nisha has been working in the studio to finish her first solo album. Over the last two years, Nisha recorded more than 100 different songs with a variety of producers including one of the world's top R&B and pop producers, Rob Chiarelli, legendary rock producer Dieter Dierks, and many urban R&B producers from Los Angeles, CA.

Recently, Nisha has been working on the recordings for her first album. It will be released end of 2009 and the name will be “Are we there yet?”. It will includes Songs produced by Timberland and the Duet with Michael Jackson “Wonderful World of Candy”. The First Single will be “Breathe”.
