The CD version differs from the vinyl LP version in that the first two tracks featured are the 12" versions of songs from the Agitate / In Vain 12" vinyl EP, decidedly different from the versions later on the album. No indication of this is made on either the liner notes or CD itself.
Released in the final quarter of 1990 from the Belgian label Antler-Subway but without a Wax Trax! US import version, this second album by Noise Unit is one of the most difficult albums to obtain from this act. Vinyl versions of the LP version have commanded as much as $500.00 US! Used copies of the CD version can usually be obtained for a more reasonable less than a tenth of that.
Once again Bill Leeb (Front Line Assembly) was joined by Marc Verhaeghen (Klinik), but beginning a tradition that would continue through the following Noise Unit albums he was joined by a number of additional electro-industrial artists: his FLA bandmate Rhys Fulber, guitars and vocals by Luc Van Acker (Revolting Cocks, Mussolini Headkick) and vocals from Marc Heyndrickxn (A Split Second) to add some variety to the Leeb formula.
