1) Parabol are a rock band from Estonia active since 2019. They released their debut metalcore/djent album Higher Ground in September, 2019 which has songs from acoustic ballads to djent/screamo bangers, but all the songs have a thematic coherence: true to heart honest words and serving as an emotional output. The band continued their journey with a rock EP Sulajää in their native language, Estonian. Released in 2021, they wanted to diversify their discography with minimalistic ballads and to solidify their presence in their home country.
