Recorded 1994 @ Mic’s home, 32 Kenwyn Road, Clapham North, South London
by Mic Jogwer (vocals, guitars), Sally Anne Marsh (vocals, piano), Marc Williams (bass and guitar), Melanie Kyle (flute), James Branbury (cello), Katie Eickes (Hammond)
produced and mixed by Marc Williams, mastered by John Davis
Liner notes:
After PERFECT SEX the band split up really. Ruebi went back to Germany, Louis got to play with THE CURE and Marc Williams, the new bass player and Mic ended up spending a lot of time together talking about music at Mic’s place in Kenwyn Road in South London. During that time Mic picked up his acoustic guitar and played through his favorite PINK TURNS BLUE songs. So here and there, Marc, a professional recording engineer, put up a microphone or two and recorded it. Here and there a few friends were showing up contributing. So apart from Mic you can hear Sally Anne Marsh (vocals, piano) Marc Williams (bass and guitar), Melanie Kyle (flute), James Branbury (cello) and Katie Eickes (Hammond). Shortly after MUZAK Mic quit music and joined David M. Allen in his Blank Multimedia firm. There he produced a video for Simply Red and a few CD Roms, like the Plunge Club or Mantra and early websites for Sinead O’Connor and for the complete Rough Trade Rec. Portfolio. During that time, Mic didn’t touch his guitars until about 2002.
