She had her breakthrough in 2001 with the single "Let's Get Back to Bed - Boy!" and her debut album "Green Eyed Soul" was triple gold certified. With "From Sarah with Love", "Music Is the Key", "Just One Last Dance", "Living to Love You", and "From Zero to Hero", she reached number one on the German singles chart. The song "Bounce" became her first and only chart hit in the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition, she had four number-one albums on the German album charts with "Naughty but Nice" (2005), "Muttersprache" (2015), "Herz Kraft Werke" (2019), and "Not So Silent Night" (2022).
