Like their debut, this album was also a commercial disappointment, which resulted in the loss of their financial supporter and the ultimate break-up of the band. Original editions have a colour gate-fold cover and different text for the band name and album title. The cover photograph features the tattooed torso and arms of a woman named Rusty Skuse, the most tattooed woman in England. Her tattoos were created by her husband, Bill Skuse (one of a family of notable English tattooists) who at this time ran a tattoo parlour in Aldershot in Hampshire. A design with their names is visible on her arm. Some editions have it in colour, as in North America, when released there in 1976.
