Their music, strongly influenced by the assouf style or Tuareg blues, also aims to promote and preserve the culture and traditions of this nomadic people of the desert, the Kel Tamasheq, whose history goes back to antiquity.
The groupe was created in 2016 in Niamey (Niger) by three childhood friends who joined after being part of other bands (Etran Finatawa, Innore). The sounds of traditional percussion instruments (tendé, assaqalabo, djembé) gently mixed with electric guitars and the songs in tamasheq language results in a traditional-modern music that transports us and makes us dream of a peaceful life in the heart of the desert.
