Keeping some faith with the earlier giants like Massive Attack and Portishead, UNA intends to expand on this music form and keep the downtempo scene moving forward. Their EP entitled The Rain is Over and Gone did phenominally well and was added to 80 CMJ radio stations across North America. They are now releasing one, their first full length LP.
Una ranks #1 Debut at Mediaguide for unsigned bands and was #1-electronic- ourstage.com and CMJ.

2 - UNA is also a trio which was born in the beginning of 2006 deriving from a project of the brazilian band Rusty Project, that has been around stages since 2001. The 7 tracks present the same original sonority found in Rusty Project, seeking always for unique harmonies, both heavy and light songs.
UNA aims at the Brazilian audience, since the lyrics are in portuguese, but it can be appreciated by anyone who enjoys modern rock and is not that concerned in understanding the lyrics. (Free download below only on their tracks).
