Early material was deeply rooted in Hip Hop before experimenting in production of Trip Hop and various types of atmospheric music.

Although achieving some minor success through releases on Nurcha Records and more recently, Australian based Karsniogenics label, recently Absense has been concentrating on production of Downtempo/Dubstep music. 2008 has seen his music win praise from the ever emerging Dubstep scene with tracks played on SubFM and Dubstepforum.

Currently there are no future releases planned.
