I already wrote a comment to say rest in peace to this guy, but... I feel like I have to write an another one. I don't know why.

Night in the Woods is, to me, a masterpiece. It's such a powerful game, and I honestly think that you can't appreciate it if you don't understand it.
The characters are so well writen, the graphic style is beautiful.
When I play Night in the Woods I feel so peaceful.
It's amazing how a simple game can change your whole life, you know ?
I think that everybody who feels bad in their life have to play this game. There are very sad topics in the story, like domestic abuse, mental illnesses or simply life.
But when you stop playing it you just feel so good. I don't know how to explain that feeling.
Their friendship is so powerful.
"At the end of Everything, hold on to Anything". It describes perfectly the game, and its message.
Everything seems to be over for Mae, Gregg, Bea and Angus.
But they live.
Because they hold on to everything they can find.
Friendship, love, or simply that little something in you that tells you "No, I have to live".
It's just beautiful.
The only word that comes to me when I think about Night in the Woods is Beautiful.
And, obviously, there is the story, there are the characters and there is the graphic style.
But there is also...
The soundtrack.
And, oh my god. Its as beautiful as the rest if it's not more.
Honestly when I listen to Shapes I just wanna cry. But it's not sad tears, it's... Hope tears.
Yeah.. Hope tears.
Every sountracks of this game are SO perfect for the situation. The title theme, the songs that you play in the game, the songs in the dreams, they are SO good.
And the most amazing thing is that these sountracks were composed by a man...
Alec.
And I wanted to thank this man.
Because he made my life better.
Literally.
He didn't deserve all of this.
A simple game can change your vision of life and it's just amazing.
He went to the stars but he left his music on Earth. His game.
And people continue to play his game, people continue to listen to his beautiful music.
This game and this music always brings hope and happiness to the people on this planet.
And for that...
Thank you, Alec. So much. And I'm not the only one who thanks you, trust me. But if, in those beautiful stars, you are reading those messages, I think you know it.
I can't thank you enough, really. Without you, this masterpiece wouldn't change our lives.
Rest in peace. Your soundtracks will never be forgotten.
We all hope that you are comfortable, in the stars.

Dust on this tired old street
Mark corners where we used to play
Dust trace our tired old feet
In circles as we pace our time away

I just wanna die anywhere else
If only I could die anywhere else
So come with me let's die anywhere else
Anywhere, just not here

Stuck on this dead end street
Where all the new kids come to play
Stuck where the past and future meet
Watching all our autumns drift away

I just wanna die anywhere else
If only I could die anywhere else
So come with me let's die anywhere else
Anywhere, just not here

And if they ever hear my name,
Will they know I walked alone?
Around these dusty streets,
My tired old home

And will they ever stop to think
What was here before?
No, they won't remember that I'm gone

I just wanna die anywhere else
If only I could die anywhere else
So come with me let's die anywhere else
Anywhere, just not here

Oh no

This game made me feel like I wasn’t alone, like there are other people out there, hurting, just like me. That there’s hope, a way out. It also taught me that nothing stays. Not the good, not the bad. No matter how hard we try to fall back asleep, how much we want to go back, the dream will still be forgotten and all that will be left are echoes and fragments. I feel like it taught me to hope. It taught me to stop worrying. Because I would worry, every waking moment was all fear, and I was suffering. Now I try to enjoy what I have because someday it will be gone and new things will take its place. The good will disappear, the bad will disappear. Everyone’s fate is the same in the end. There doesn’t need to be a meaning to it. It’s okay to care. It’s okay to not care. I feel like I’ve come to terms with that now.

You’re somewhere
else now.

Former President William Howard Taft Because that's exactly what they did. Accusing a man without the slightest bit of proof, then people starting turning their backs on him, then when he saw no way out and put an end to it, Zoe hid away. And I believe it's because she knew she was responsible for this poor man's death. Such a loss of life, because someone wanted to throw baseless accusations over Twitter.

@Joey, Knight of the Round Gayble Accusing them?
Didn't Zoe accuse Alec of sexual assault without proof?
Please, send me a shit load of links showing (real) proof.

Joey, Knight of the Round Gayble

@smelly paws what's with you and accusing them of that? Just shut up already. It's getting old.
