They formed in January 2008 out of the ashes of many other defunct Detroit area bands. Members were Bret Luginski (bass/vocals), Raymond Paul Kitchen III (guitar/vocals), and Shaun Rogan Collins (drums). They were on the Detroit label, Hell City Records, although no material was ever recorded for or released by the label. The band ceased to exist in late August or early September 2009.
All available songs (4 known as of thus far) were recorded by the band themselves in their rehearsal space. It is rumored that 5 or possibly 6 other songs exist either in completed form (just waiting to be mixed) or almost completed and missing a final guitar or vocal overdub. The whereabouts of these recordings are unknown. Also, they recored 3 or possibly 4 other songs at another studio in the spring of 2008 with the help of Scott Hinson (aka. Scott Manzik) but the whereabouts of those tracks are also unknown.
At one time the three were the members of the final lineup of another Downriver band called Confiskated. That lineup lasted from late July 2003 till December 2003. At that time Bret played guitar and Raymond played bass. Only one song was ever released by them on an obscure compilation called "The Disco Alliance". No other professional recordings are known to exist although rumors abound of two seperate soundboard recordings. The first is from August 2003 (supporting Tough Call at their CD release party) but said to contain only drums and vocals. This performance was known to exist on minidisk. The second is from November 28th, 2003 at The Shelter (the basement of St. Andrews hall) in Detroit (again supporting Tough Call). This performance was also known to exist on minidisc. It was given to a member of Tough Call (whos performance was also recorded on the same minidisc) so they could make a copy of their performance. It was never returned and presumed to be lost. Known to also exist are many complete live shows on video tape but are of poor audio quality.
Today all members are still active in the music scene as well as persuing other interests:
Bret is performing with a Detroit area band called Boom Swagger Boom, named after a Murder City Devils song. He also runs a screenprinting sweat-shop out of his basement, called Renegade Custom Screenprinting, as well as raising a family.
Raymond is performing with his own group, The Purple Gang (complete with matching 1920's era purple suits and prop Tommy Guns) They are named after the notorious Detroit area Jewish gang of the 1920's who were part of the 1929 St. Valentines day massacre. He is also currently going to a university, studying nuclear engineering as well as raising a family.
Shaun is playing drums with The Replicas. His current extra cirricular activities are unknown as of this writing.
