In 1949 she was discovered in the program of freshmen of Ary Barroso and she more than did not stop singing and if presenting, frequently to the side of Dalva de Oliveira, Marlene and Emilinha Borba. She worked in the radios Nacional and Mayrink Veiga, made turnees for the Europe and later she moved to São Paulo, where she liveed until dying. Some of its known musics more had been "Amor Proibido", "Pó-de-Mico", "Ponto de Encontro", "Velório de Sambista" and "Samba da Madrugada". Died in Dec 24, 1983.
