He started playing piano at the age of 12 and wrote his first songs at 14. While in high school he founded his own band called “I SCREAM”, which became a success in his home town Geneva (Switzerland). After that he studied politics in Geneva and Los Angeles, but he never forgot about music…
With fresh ideas “made in America” Keo returns to Switzerland where he founds the band “THE PARK”. Their first album “SPIDERS OF ADDICTION” reaches top positions in the Swiss charts and they even get to be the opening act for David Bowie in Montreux, one of Keo's early idols.
However, Keo never forgot his origins. In 2005 he returns to Romania and decides to begin a solo career. His interesting fresh sound made many people wonder whether he'll be praised or denied, but when his debut single “AZI VII MAINE PLECI” was released, Keo rapidly became an incredible phenomenon! His debut album “FARA ARIPI” had a huge success and brought Keo an impressive number of fans, music awards, TVshows and live concerts all over Romania…
Two years later, Keo returned with a new and explosive sound on the album “IN OCHII TAI”, produced in Switzerland, France and Canada. The album is written and produced by Keo together with French songwriter and producer Yorgos Benardos (Jenifer, Le Roi Soleil), famous Canadian songwriter Rob Wells (Backstreet Boys, Nick Lachey) and Derek Brin (Chenelle). Three singles were released from that album and all have reached the highest positions in the Romanian charts. In 2008 Keo also collaborates with his friend, local rap-superstar Puya, in a featuring project called “VIATA NOUA”- an amazing popular success.
In 2009 Keo is back with “FALLING HIGH” a new single written and produced by Keo together with famous American songwriter and producer Alex Greggs (Alex Greggs has produced and remixed some of the hottest artist including T-Pain, M.I.A, Lilly Allen, Chris Brown, Kelis, Bounty Killer, Bennie Man, Justin Timberlake, Beck, Duran Duran and also ownes the South Rakkas Crew label with his partner Dow Jones. Alex's past includes writing and producing 7 of the songs on the last 2 NSYNC records and credits include Britney Spears, Pink, Shakira and Michael Jackson). Keo is promoting with “FALLING HIGH” a fresh brand new power-pop sound that has already taken control of the charts… And so much more is to come…
