First stop was LONDON where she earned a degree in Production + Performance (LCCM). A year later she ended up in LOS ANGELES to complete her studies with another degree in Vocals (MI). Not only being a student she learned very fast how to work outside the box and she got signed to BAM 2009, entered a distribution deal world wide with Universal Music Group 2010. Nominated for best Pop song 2010 @ Hollywood In Media Award and managed to get her music video U Make Me (LOL) on the TV channelLOGO and MTV.com which led to being #2 most viewed video of the week!

KQ performed at the American Music Awards show with Coca Cola lounge 2010. Then she spent the fall/winter to record her album in Stockholm, Sweden. She released her album LA LA LAND April of 2011 and had her first performance promoting the single Ice Cold at the legendaryPalladium, Hollywood (3.500 in the audience)

After performing mini club tours around major cities and events such as LA, SF, SD, NYC and VEGAS KQ decided to take a step back and rethink her way to perform her art.
She spent fall 2011 - early 2012 in the studio and rehearsal rooms experimenting with every type of sound from electro pop to hard rock. Months later she managed to melt her European roots with American sounds and finished the recording of her album "GET LOUD" which she co produced together with her lead guitar player Dusty Ray who she got introduced to through Kim Fowley who also co wrote on the album (Kiss, Joan Jett..)
