I'm quite similar to Mark, when it comes to pasta. I usually like one part pasta to four or five parts sauce! And that sauce better have lots of meat in it!

@Michael Riess just because we cant identify a polulation that ate a "keto diet" doesnt mean that there arent/werent populations that constantly experience elevated levels of ketones.

I know that id likely never been in ketosis for basically my entire life, when i made an effort to change my diet/rating habits, due to massive health issues, i found that i felt absolutely and completely different.....it was shocking.

My vision is back to perfect, my skin isnt rashy, and more, and its only getting better.

Your guest must have not have looked at the scientific literature regarding grains, and their beneficial effects on health.

Also, you can't do 85% max effort running mainly on fat. That is anaerobic zone activity. What the hell is this guy talking about?

That sounds absolutely horrible. You should be carbo loading with a big plate of fettuccine Alfredo washed down with a ginormous carton of Ben & Jerry's. I'm sure you'd feel a lot better ; ) 加油!

Yeah pasta has heaps of beneficial effects.

I loved having inflamed skin, trouble thinking, constant sickness, bision issues suddenly after aleays having perfect vision, joint pain.

Cutting out all grains was really bad for me, my skin os back to white, i think notmally now, my eyesight is perfect again, my knee and back feels basically normal again, and ive lost about 40 pounds without feeling hungry.
