Lunch! got together in 2004 when Chi Dr. Hansson and T.R. McGillicutty ended their previous band Insidious, and decided to make fun music as opposed to moody, depressing hard rock.
The music is meant to be a counter to all the emo, whiny stuff that labels pump out nowadays. Lunch! just wants to have a good time.
