Mad Mush is a London based rock’n'roll operation. 12 unreleased recordings ready to go, and another 20 on the mixing desk. Gigging since 2006 with various line-ups, mostly in London, two trips abroad. Airplay and reviews are scarce. This is being addressed.
"We're a three piece, based in south west London. Prodigy Drummer Ashley Johnson, super guitarist Dave Leaks, and bassist Mush. We want to run away with the circus. There are no drugs."

Mad Mush has the spirituality that The Clash lacked, and the punk rock that U2 lacked, and a bunch of songs that would have made it onto both London Calling and Joshua Tree. An appropriate category might be “modern indie” (Fratellis / Killers / Strokes / Kaiser Chiefs ) steeped in early punk rock, with Smashing Pumpkins strewn on top."
