Marc Boland,
Born in The Netherlands and started his music career as a singer in a metal band called "Sinisterum" after the breakup of "Sinisterum" Marc got asked to join another metal band called "Fangor". Marc joined Fangor for more than 2 years. In those 2 years Fangor had numerous gigs and recorded their Promo CD entitled "The First Sign of Life".

After two years Marc was done with metal music and wanted to write, record and perform his own songs and wanted people to get to know him for his own music. His new genre? pop/rock!

After a half year of song writing and performing some Webcam concerts Marc decided that he wanted to record an album and got contacted by PLASTIC SOUL STUDIO!

Right now Marc is recording his first official album entitled "WORDS FROM THE HEART" which will be released in 2011!!!

"SO KEEP YOUR EYES FOCUSED AND YOUR EARS OPEN!"

And be ready for a new sound!

LARGE BIOGRAPHY:
Marc Boland was born on April 21th, 1990. He was raised in a small town called Dinxperlo,
The Netherlands.
Ever since he was a little gay boy he had this everlasting passion for drawing, designing and music! The young Marc used to sit in his room drawing all kinds of stuff from houses to Pokémon (only the first 150, the originals! The new ones suck haha). When he finished primary school he wanted to become an architect but that dream faded as fast as a toilet's flushing! All because of 1 requirement, he needed to follow math class.. and he's so bad at maths! Second option: Health-/Social care! And yes that’s what he's doing right now! He's in his final year!

Then there are his passions! He is a total music lover with a view great experiences through the years. At the age of 14/15 he started my first band with a friend of his who’s a drummer and a view other friends who played the right instruments, guitar, keyboard, bass guitar. Yeah that’s what a band looks like and the band's name.. Whisper Tonight! They were so Rock & Roll!!! Sounds great right? Except for the fact that they only had one song and then they decided to quit!

2 years later a band of some of his friends (same drummer) asked him if he wanted to sing in their band called “Sinisterum” well of course he said yes! He went from a bad rock band to a absolutely amazing Melodic Death Metal band! And what does the vocal in death metal sounds like..? Yeah!! Rough screaming like a dying pig!! One of the things he's capable of doing all day long haha..
But WOW! those were some great two years! We had a lot of great gigs, we recorded a single! And we had so much fun! Finally the band fell apart.. Too bad but there’s more to life. A half year after the break-up from Sinisterum he received an email from another metal band called “Fangor” they saw him performing a view times and they really wanted him to be their front man. Once again he said YES! Great band! Great music! But after two years of fun I decided to leave the band.

There I was being lonely..again..

After a break of a view months he started missing creating music and performing! So he grabbed his acoustic guitar and started hitting some notes. he decided to change my style from HEAVY METAL to pop/rock..
He changed his style. After a view hours of playing his first song was born, suitably titled: Brand New Start! A very emotional song.

Nowadays He's still writing songs, with a little help of his best friend Daan Gerrits. He also played the guitar in Sinisterum. Every now and then he uploads a preview of my songs to Twitter and my own website..
