From a young age she was noticed by established personnel in the music industry for her exceptional voice, showing uncanny range, control, and vocal maturity. Through her first seven years as an artist she was hired to sing on many professional recordings including: 9 Kids Bop CDs, 2 Barbie Hits CDs, a Pottery Barn Christmas CD, and a theme song for an animated film, titled "The Littlest Light", just to mention a few.
Although she had a busy schedule singing professionally Michelle also was involved in musicals, operas, and singing groups in school. She sang for numerous fundraisers, charity events and made time to participate in many singing competitions around the country. Most notably, Michelle brought home a prize of $10,000 to her high school by winning first place in NYC Radio Station WOR's "Shining Star" competition in 2010.
At the age of 17, Michelle released her self titled debut album where she co-wrote lyrics and music to seven of the eleven tracks. After collaborating with Michelle on one of her songs, Andre Andersen (of Danish rock band Royal Hunt) asked her to appear as a guest lead singer on his band's upcoming studio album. Since then she has appeared on three consecutive Royal Hunt albums.
Throughout her singing career Michelle has performed live in front of a variety of audiences. Touring with Royal Hunt around the world, she performed at major music festivals in Sweden (35,000 people), Japan (15,000 people), and the United States (2,000 people).
Michelle is proud to be a student at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, and is currently writing and recording new material while collaborating with numerous successful songwriters (double Grammy nominee/Tonic - Dan Lavery, guitarist of Salina Gomez and the Scene - Ethan Roberts, among others).
