The revolution has started, and it won’t be stopped.

This musical trio, led by Paul Lisak (award-winning painter and guitarist-singer/songwriter), has accomplished much already.

A quick recap:

After recording their debut EP "It Happens All The Time" -currently available in Internet music portals worldwide- they went on to win the Jar Music Breakout Festival held in various O2 Academy venues in the UK. This catapulted them into headlining the Maldives Breakout Music Festival, the very first music festival to be held on those paradisiacal islands, where they rocked out in front of thousands of music-loving fans. The message was out, and it was working: they were voted best band of the festival by thousand of votes via cell-phone in a poll held during the airing of the festival on national TV.

A battle won, but the war is still very much raging.

Paul Lisak & After The Ice is regularly aired on the ABC network show "Fame Games", reaching out to millions of listeners across 20 different radio stations across the USA and Europe alike. This has culminated in Paul Lisak winning the prestigious category of "Best Male Vocalist" in the “Fame Games” annual "Effigy Awards”. The video clip that accompanied the band’s debut single "It Happens All The Time" has also been played on MTV Europe, Asia, and TVN Asia.

A war waged on many fronts, the Internet is fast becoming the main battle ground. The official website of Paul Lisak & After The Ice was recently awarded the "Best independent band website" award by the TANGC group. This award was given due to its innovative interactivity, like for example the Music Mixer, where fans can create their own songs using some of the band's signature styles, and the Dungeon Gallery, where “brave explorers” can discover Paul Lisak's paintings, and other surprises currently being developed. Their EP has also clocked up 50 000 listeners in Jamendo with an average score of 8.8 in 66 reviews.

The latest news from the front carries with it new victories: Paul Lisak & After The Ice have sealed a deal with Queens Park Rangers Football Club to perform pre-match in their stadium during 2009 and 2010.

The band has also signed with Warner France 360, a big step away from the grey realms of the unsigned band, and are currently talking to companies both in the UK, Germany and Spain.

But the fight never ends! January 2010 will see PL & ATI stepping back into the studio again and recording some news tracks for a second EP. New material to fill the world with quality music…
