1) Problems? is lead by Tumppi Varonen, who is probably better known for playing with Pelle Miljoona. The band was formed in the late 70’s and gained some country-wide fame with the track “Ei tää lama päähän käy”. Problems? is still active, as they released a CD/DVD called “Ajan hermo” in September 2006.
2) A Norwegian hardcore punk band. No question mark.
3) There's second band called the Problems, their song "Ain't over yet" is played in Problems?'s (finnish band) name. How can this be fixed?
4 & 5) In Portland Oregon there are two bands called Problems (one with a question mark on the end, the other without). They are both actively playing shows and releasing music. The Portland Problems? can be heard under the name ProblemsPDX on Last.Fm.
