Raised in the English countryside, Long's music is inspired by his childhood experiences of exploring fields and streams, often recorded on a 1970s reel-to-reel tape recorder gifted by a neighbor.
In November 2010 he released his debut single, 'Shtick' under his own name. The song featured a captivating blend of simple melodies, unique sonics, and introspective lyrics centered around the essence of life.
In 2015, Long released his debut album titled "Hoverance," which garnered comparisons to the likes of Nick Drake.
