1. An Alternative Rock band from Toronto, consisting of three former members of Moneen. (https://dinealonerecords.com/artists/seas/)
2. SEAS is the recorded result of Brian Grainger & David Tagg's work to rebuild and recontextualize the new from the old.
3. Audio collage by artist Tiff Mitch. (http://seas.bandcamp.com)
4. SEAS is music from Washington DC, performed and recorded by core member Ben Green, with a strong reliance on other musical accomplices for live performances. The project began in 2006 as a collection of quiet, simple guitar-driven instrumental pieces, and has since evolved into the vocally-driven embodiment active today. Green was a founding member of the now-retired, DC melodic hardcore group Fairweather, and while changing styles dramatically, some of the organic elements of their later work are vaguely present in the songs. Additionally, SEAS draws much aesthetic inspiration from John Fahey’s co-opting of Takoma Park, MD. The record, "Now My Home Is A Beech Tree" nods artistically to Fahey, while its careful layering of instrumentation and imagery constructs an atmosphere more lush and warm. 5. An electronic duo from Prague, Czech Republic (http://bandzone.cz/seas)
