Every Time the Sun Comes Up
Sharon Van Etten Lyrics

Pace mine for for you
Hold my horses, patient
Hey man, tricks can't wait to hear my emotions

Every time the sun comes up, I'm in trouble
Every time the sun comes up, I'm in trouble

People say I'm a one-hit wonder
But what happens when I have two?
I washed your dishes, but I shit in your bathroom

Even when the sun comes up, I'm in trouble
Even when the sun comes up, I'm in trouble

We broke your glasses, but covered our asses
Take time silently, feel real room hi-fi

Well, every time the sun comes up, I'm in trouble
Every time the sun comes up, I'm in trouble
Yeah, every time the sun comes up, I'm in trouble
Imagine when
Every time the sun comes up, I see double
Hmm
Hmm
Yes, she is

Maybe something will change, sorry, my headphones fell off

This song holds a very special place in my heart. Last year I hiked the Pacific Crest Trail and was hitch hiking to town. The gentleman who picked me up had the radio on, and this song came on. I interrupted our conversation to say "I love this song!" He replied, "Really? Me too!" and he turned it up and we just sat and listened to this song, gazing at the mountains surrounding us as we drove down the windy road. It was such a nice connection to have with a stranger :) If you're reading this, Patrick, thanks for the ride!!

@Kelly Boekhout I saw a movie from this book, it was so important to me, I saw it after coming back from an intense road trip through my country where I passed through several states, I did many trails, hitchhiked and some points in the movie were in accordance with what I was living, my grandmother I was hospitalized, ended up dying in the middle of the trip, before I was comings and goings to the hospital, fighting with my brother for that, the connection with nature, being far away, meetings and farewells, children and animals, all these things in the movie, even the danger of being a woman alone, I don't know, these very representative figures were also with me on this trip.
Plus:

About the death of my grandmother, before traveling she had no brain activity, but still hospitalized, I said goodbye on Friday and trip on Sunday, the place where I was did not have internet access, I did not have access on my cell phone, or wifi , or anything, I was incommunicable. During one night my friends and I were playing guessing what time it was, and I went to look on my cell phone and saw that an internet had come in, but it wasn't my cell phone because I had no credit, and no wi-fi, I don't know where did this sign come from, but several messages had entered, among them that my grandmother had died, from laughter to crying in one second, I was bent over and behind me there was a picture of a saint (I don't relate to that, but my grandmother was devout) my friends said that even though it was a sad situation it was a beautiful scene, we walked to the campsite, and we stopped at a belvedere in the middle of the forest to look at the stars, the sky was full of them, several shooting star, so these are some of the details I remember, and my friends also remember a lot of this day as a special one. After the trip, me, my brother and my cousins went to throw her ashes on the beach, we stopped for a while to share the old photos she had, we talked about them, looking into the old clothes and places, it was really cool. English is not my native language, it may contain some spelling errors.
