2. Soulsearch were a Doom Metal band from Salzburg, Austria, which stood out from the rest of the Doom Metal scene by both utilizing English and German lyrics as well as clear and growled vocals. Some people criticized the band for showing overt pathos in their pretty strong lyrics, but at the same time it was part of their appeal.
The band called it quits after the release of their "Iherno" EP, as they wanted to quit while being ahead and people were sad to see them go instead of outstaying their welcome.
