Dave Shaw, a guitarist-turned-bassist, then joined up, and the line-up was completed by the addition of Gareth Bond on lead guitar in the summer of 2006. Two highly acclaimed gigs at The Grooveyard, Taichung's premier live music venue, quickly followed. Andy, A-Bang, and Dave then spent some time in the studio recording "Talk to This," the band's 5-track debut EP CD.
After a three month hiatus in the fall/winter of 2006, the DoLittles played numerous gigs at the Grooveyard and Groovecity in Taichung, followed by their break-out show at Spring Scream in Kending in April, 2007. The DoLittles spent 2007 expanding their fan base and their geographic coverage, playing solo and group gigs in Taichung, Chiayi, Yuanlin, Taipei, and a weekend in Seoul, South Korea. The band went back into the studio in late summer of 2007 to record their second EP CD, "The DoLittles."
Following the Seoul weekend and the subsequent Taipei gig, Chris Robison, formerly of the Changhua band The Idiots, replaced Gareth Bond on lead guitar. Chris, with his energy and stage presence, has helped kick The DoLittles up a notch, and the band now exhibits a musical coherence that makes DoLittles gigs even more impressive than ever.
In May 2008 the band returned to the studio to start work on their third CD, the 6-track EP "The Domino Effect." The band played their socks off in June and July, and the EP was launched on August 2nd 2008.
