Assuming it would help me be a completely different person
Then I'm left with just myself, there's never any way out
I can't find a single thing to feel alright about
In the song "My Mental Health" by Youth Fountain, the lyrics are a reflection of the struggles of an individual who is battling with his own inner demons. The song talks about how the person has been trying to find solace in alcohol, hoping that by consuming it, he would become a completely different person. The lines "I poisoned all my drinks again and again, Assuming it would help me be a completely different person," shows how the person has been using alcohol as a means of escapism. However, no matter how much he drinks, there is no escaping from the reality of his situation. The line "Then I'm left with just myself, there's never any way out," highlights how the person is struggling to find a way out of his current state of mind.
The last line "I can't find a single thing to feel alright about" is a clear indication of how the person is grappling with his mental health struggles. He is unable to find any reason to feel good about himself or his life. The song portrays the desperation and helplessness that many people who suffer from mental health issues feel. It is a reminder that there are people around us who are struggling and need help.

Doesn't matter where you go, you will always be the same. Changing scenery will never change you, but will give you new beginnings.

All But Won
In 35 years of being alive, I've never been this moved by a song before. These young men are as talented as the greatest names in the industry. Everything they put out is clearly genuine and it shows. There isn't many modern artists that can say that, and the three of you should be proud that you can. If the world hasn't noticed yet, shame on them..straight to the top you go.

I never really say this about bands but this band is CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED
