This song is a story about a young man named René who, feeling trapped and unfulfilled in his life, decides to take matters into his own hands and ventures into Poland heavily armed in a black combat suit. The lyrics describe his difficult life - he is twenty years old, unable to grow a beard, unemployed, and has lived in Marzahn, a tough neighborhood in Berlin, for his entire life. He has no friends, no romantic prospects, and dreams of joining the police force. The song also details René's struggles with asthma and being repeatedly bullied by skinheads who mistake him for a punk.
Eventually, René acquires two gas pistols, a ninja throwing star, and a sword, and dresses himself like a ninja, borrowing his outfit from a department store.
