I cry everytime I hear this bassline. King James Jamerson is the greatest.

Its amazing how James Jamerson unmercifully murders the song without stopping to take a breath but gently stays true to the melody. He plays as if he knows whats coming way before the rest of the band. This song is pretty aggressive because of the tempo and how often the key changes but Jamerson just tames it like beast. What he does from 1:15 to 1:47 is what i mean. Don't be fooled, ALL BASS PLAYERS KNOW THAT JAMERSON IS BETTER THAN THEIR HEROES! HES THE ABSOLUTE BEST BASS PLAYER THE WORLD HAS EVER KNOWN AND THATS A FACT!!!!!!!
