My kid brother died last week of a drug OD. He was only 42 and struggled for decades with being abused as a kid. He never told me that, I only learned it recently. This song brought him peace whenever he listened to it. And now? It'll be played at his service and all I can say is...thank you for making this. Thank you. This song started it all for me. I didn't know about this world of music before and fell in love with everything it had to offer. Ten years on and I've found my sound within my own original music and aim to incorporate the feelings Nils Frahm gave me so long ago. I recently transcribed this piece onto guitar and find so much therapy in playing. Anyone can find it on my channel should you choose to hear it on a different instrument.
