I need to take time to sit and reflect on my life, and perhaps work on making my living space more comfortable.

The emptiness of my living space feels like it's mocking my loneliness.

I put a picture on the wall, I took a chance, I took a fall
I tried to make a change in my life by taking a risk, but it didn't turn out as planned.

She took up fast and gracefully, yes, I was blind and now I see
Despite my setback, I was pleasantly surprised by the way things turned out and now see my situation more clearly.

And I could tell, from the picture I could feel
Looking at this photo or memory makes me deeply emotional.

I was sinkin', throw me out, bring me back to life
I was struggling and needed someone or something to rescue me and bring me back to a better state of mind.

The colors that my eyes had never seen
Something about my situation is illuminating or inspiring in a way that I've never experienced before.

Well, I can see it now
I finally understand or appreciate the beauty in my life that was previously hidden from me.
