"Exo" basically means "out", thus Exogazing means gazing out. In contrast to shoegazing, where one looks down, exogazing is looking up, and looking out...out of this world!
Amazingly, there's quite a sonic similarity between Exogazing and Shoegazing, in terms of the mood and melancholic angst they elicit.
From it's roots, Exogazing music is the type of music to listen to while gazing at the stars, while thinking about other planets...and other worlds.
