Snoopy's Christmas
The Royal Guardsmen Lyrics

Do kannst mir sehr gefallen!
The news had come out in the First World War
The bloody Red Baron was flying once more
The Allied command ignored all of its men
And called on Snoopy to do it again
Was the night before Christmas, 40 below
When Snoopy went up in search of his foe
He spied the Red Baron, fiercely they fought
With ice on his wings Snoopy knew he was caught
Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ring out from the land
Asking peace of all the world
And good will to man
The Baron had Snoopy dead in his sights
He reached for the trigger to pull it up tight
Why he didn't shoot, well, we'll never know
Or was it the bells from the village below?
Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ringing through the land
Bringing peace to all the world
And good will to man
The Baron made Snoopy fly to the Rhine
And forced him to land behind the enemy lines
Snoopy was certain that this was the end
When the Baron cried out, "Merry Christmas, mein friend!"
The Baron then offered a holiday toast
And Snoopy, our hero, saluted his host
And then with a roar they were both on their way
Each knowing they'd meet on some other day
Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ringing through the land
Bringing peace to all the world
And good will to man
Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ringing through the land
Bringing peace to all the world
And good will to man
Christmas bells those Christmas bells
Ringing through the land
Snoopy's Christmas by The Royal Guardsmen tells the story of Snoopy, a fictional Beagle from the comic strip Peanuts, during World War I. The song is a sequel to their earlier hit song Snoopy vs. The Red Baron. In this song, the news arrives that the Red Baron, the notorious German flying ace, is flying again during the First World War, and the Allied command calls on Snoopy to defeat him. The lyrics suggest that Snoopy is a war hero who is called upon to fight the enemy once again.
On Christmas Eve, Snoopy takes off in search of the Red Baron, and the two engage in a fierce aerial battle. As they fight, bells from the village below ring out asking for peace in the world and good will towards men. Eventually, the Red Baron has Snoopy in his sights but instead of shooting him down, he offers Snoopy a holiday toast and wishes him a merry Christmas. In a show of sportsmanship, Snoopy salutes him before they both fly off in different directions, knowing that they will face each other again someday.

Normal people don't think of Jews during Christmas, sorry
@mamavswild
I know the Red Baron is smiling down on all this; I bet he never thought he’d be inextricably associated with Christmas and a cartoon Beagle.
