Knowing this is dedicated to her 3 year old sister Bonnie Lee, who passed away at that age, shows how much Amy loved her younger siblings so much. You can always feel the strong beautiful emotion of sadness of this song and I'm glad she was able to share those emotions with us for the last 20 years.
