Woke up cold one Tuesday
It was a Tuesday morning and I woke up feeling cold and uncomfortable

People around me noticed the new shoes, and they smiled at me, making me feel welcome and happy

On a Thursday morning, I woke up later than usual

I realized that it felt as if two days had gone missing or passed very quickly

As I focused on the time
I paid closer attention to the time to try and understand how I missed two days

And I made my way to the kitchen
I went to the kitchen to prepare myself for the day

But I had to stop from the shock of what
I was stopped by the shock of what I saw

I found a room full of all my friends all are dancing round and round
To my surprise, I saw a room full of my friends dancing and having a good time

And I thought hello new shoes
Seeing my friends having a good time, I was grateful for my new shoes

My negative feelings were replaced with joy and happiness

I want to go on a walk through the colorful streets
