It is important to support and be there for your family, through thick and thin.

Do not abandon or betray me, stay true to our relationship.

my mind has traveled, my body stayed put
While I may not have physically moved around much, my thoughts and experiences have been extensive.

I've seen the worst of man
Throughout my life, I have witnessed some of the most horrible actions and behavior exhibited by individuals.

And I've seen the effects of good
But I have also seen firsthand the positive impact an individual can have through their actions and behavior.

When we offer a helping hand to someone, it can have risks and uncertainties attached.

Will bring much more risk
Assisting and supporting someone may lead to unknown and potentially risky outcomes.

Than a bottle in your head and a close tight fist
However, isolating oneself and relying on alcohol and aggression as a coping mechanism is not a healthier alternative.

Stop whining/complaining
It is important to refrain from constantly complaining about life's difficulties and instead focus on finding solutions and maintaining a positive outlook.

Rather than fixating on the hardships of life, it is important to view them as challenges that can be overcome.

Negative ways bring you negative times
When one chooses to engage in negative thoughts and behaviors, it often results in further negativity and hardship.

Envy rules your thoughts
Allowing envy and jealousy to dominate your thoughts is detrimental to your own well-being and relationships with others.

Jealousy in your mind

I've seen a lot of things
During my life, I have witnessed and been exposed to a multitude of events and experiences.

I've seen a lot of hate
Unfortunately, I have observed a lot of animosity and hostility between individuals throughout my lifetime.

And I've seen misery
As a result of these negative experiences, I have also come across individuals who are in despair and misery.
