This song was one of my mom's favorites from this game way back in the day. This cover is so beautiful and astounding, it brings me such immense feelings of nostalgia and happy memories of a long time passed. She has passed away sadly; I come back to this video time and time again when I'm feeling down and have her on my mind. You made such an amazing representation of this song, I find such beauty in creative expression. I admit sometimes I tear up just playing guitar and really letting my emotions play through my fingertips, I get that same sense of feeling watching your masterful creations. I'm a nostalgic person and sensitive to music, I don't deny that listening to it brought back a lot of memories in my head. memories of my late uncle taking me to play video games outside the house, memories of disputes with my friends to see who finished the game the fastest, memories of rainy afternoons playing and especially: Memory of accessing the game's music menu to listen that. @@WideMouth It's not really a fair comparison; the Smash version isn't really the same song, it's more like a song based on the original. I agree that it's a great song in it's own right (maybe even my favorite from Brawl), but it fails to capture the tone and feeling of the original.

This is where PPF stands head and shoulders above the rest. He captures all if it in a meticulous, high quality cover.

Both are great, but in their own ways.

I listened to this song cover so much during freshman year of high school during quarentine. Though it was quite difficult then with all the odd-end pandemic regulations, there was a certain peace and quiet the world had then that just isn't quite around right now, as everything's busied back up again. I had a similar experience with F-Zero on snes specifically "Big Blue" stagetrack, I became skilled at driving slow enough to have the least cars driving around me making noise over the amazing music lol.
