Similarly, when Yellow Magic Orchestra came to the U.S. in 1980 to appear on the TV program Soul Train, they were described by Rolling Stone magazine as 'technopop.' More recent Japanese bands such as きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ, Perfume and 平沢進 are also commonly classified in Japan as 'technopop.'
The music itself often bears quite a bit of similarity to the New Wave synthpop of 1980's British bands such as Depeche Mode and New Order and post-2000 electropop artists such as Ke$ha and The Ting Tings, but outside Japan, the word 'technopop' is less common than 'synthpop' or 'electropop.' Some English writers have tried to distinguish the genres, by claiming that technopop is lo-fi, colder or more artificial sounding than 'synthpop' or 'electropop,' but that is not the case in Japan.
In Germany, Kraftwerk's music was initally known as electronic body music, and in England, they were grouped together with bands like Tangerine Dream as part of the Krautrock genre.
In the early 1980's, Detroit musiciain Juan Atkins (Cybotron, Model 500) began releasing songs using synthesizers to create spacey sound effects (heard in italo disco), combined with deep bass riffs (heard in electro), complex drum machine parts (heard in freestyle), and a danceable four on the floor beat (heard in house). In 1988, Atkins and his friends Derrick May and Kevin Saunderson released a compilation album, Techno! the New Dance Sound of Detroit, establishing a new genre. 'Techno' often has less accent on the vocals than 'technopop,' and a greater emphasis on squelchy sound effects, driving bass and drum machine patterns.

I actually used to play Minecraft by myself pretty often. There is a special kinda of loneliness— it’s not good nor bad— this neutral kind of isolation that feels comforting. Like being in your bed surrounded by stuffed animals or one of those moments of rare calmness where you just appreciate some of the smallest things and how wonderful it is to be alive to witness and experience those things.
I used to play Minecraft alone. As an only child I was used to playing alone but I have so many great memories taking care of animals and making bad houses. I had a lot of moments where I sorta wished I was friends with the first generation of Minecraft YouTubers.
I have played Minecraft with others before. I have some bittersweet memories of playing on the Xbox360 with my neighborhood friends. I might’ve been a bit of a prick. I don’t talk to them anymore despite all of us still living in this neighborhood at least as far as I’m aware.
In high school my desire to play Minecraft was reignited with a new friend group, a group I love very dearly even now. Our server and then the hyperfixation on the new generation of Minecraft YouTubers had really been something special I doubt will be replicated.
Minecraft makes me feel nostalgic and lonely but not in a smothering way. It’s gentle and comforting.
Minecraft’s importance in video game history has had such an impact on so many lives. I’m just glad that we have the silly block game with such a wonderful composer.
I’m probably rambling but idk it’s kinda nice. Thank you for reading through this and humoring my thoughts.

Le me: *starts a new world with a seed I thought of*
Chunks: loaded
a cow within a radius of me: moo
a sheep in the distance: ba
chicken group nearby: chicken noises
Me: time to get food
Me: tears the whole forest apart
kills two of the animals, sun sets
"Oh not enough sheep, I guess this'll do"
digs 3 blocks down, and places the top with a block. Hears enemy groans from above
*waits the entire time until it's morning*
Ahh, the good Minecraft days.
os irmaos bugados
estou quebrando madeiras para construir minha casa,
encontrei um cachorrinho, adotei, cuidei,
estou melhorando! estou com armadura e ferramentas de ferro !
.... meu cachorrinho... infelizmente faleceu..
fiz o enterro do meu cachorrinho,
encontrei diamantes! e quando subi para a superfície encontrei uma vila,
explorei a vila, peguei itens,
voltei para casa para melhorar ela,
joguei com amigos,
nos divertimos muito,
teve muitas lembranças..

Im crying so hard these memory’s…
Our old builds
Our old friends
Our old pets
Our old worlds
Things change quick…
No one forgets the old times…
It was really awesome…
We were kids at that time and idiots to!
But now…
Things changed…
No one forgets the old stuff…

I'm still working on mine. I build every time I'm waiting for a new game to come out. Did it on my 360 but now I'm doing it for the switch.

C418 is the type of guy to create a literal masterpiece and call it "Baked beans". Still, this brings me to tears because of the nostalgia.
